Unless you have more lobby power and pull in Washington DC than all the insurance companies combined, which you don't and never will, just give the hell up, wear a friggin helmet and save everyone involved a whole lot of time, money, agruing and endless amounts of pissing and moaning on both sides of the issue.
Then, we can all ride cheaper because the insurance companies (that are going to win eventually anyways) are going to save money battling all the momos that don't do something that, if you actually had a brain in your head to protect, should be common sense.
How's that for reasoning?

If you are so narrow minded you think ABATE is only about helmets then that reasoning works. But if you ever get profiled in a state, get a ticket for not having oem exhaust, get a ticket for leaving a red light that you could not get to turn, or any number of other issues ABATE fights. Dont come on here and type a thread griping about it because, you want us to give up.
