Guys have unplumbed them and left them inIs it possible to cap the lines and bypass it leaving it connected electronically so it thinks it's still working at the pump but the fluid bypasses the pump?.
Haven't heard of fault codes because of that?.Guys have unplumbed them and left them in
some guys yes, some now. The bike i have here came with the front brake line cut, and rear brake line connected to rear lever, but no caliper, so its pretty hacked up plumbing wise, he did this as he said he was having troubles doing a burnout and launching bike without going into limp modeHaven't heard of fault codes because of that?.
My abs block has 0 lines to it and operates just fine. Rear brake is deleted, front lines run right from the master to the caliper. Is it possible to cap the lines and bypass it leaving it connected electronically so it thinks it's still working at the pump but the fluid bypasses the pump?.
Did you cap the lines…. Wouldn’t the lack of pressure throw a code?.My abs block has 0 lines to it and operates just fine. Rear brake is deleted, front lines run right from the master to the caliper.
No I just unscrewed them out of the top of the abs block. I rode around stock front brake setup with no rear brake setup for a while too and had no issues.Did you cap the lines…. Wouldn’t the lack of pressure throw a code?.
