ABS Delete inquiries

Just an FYI
Spiegler and Core-Moto lines have rotating banjos, most others(if any?) do not.
This makes a big difference when it comes to line routing for looks, so the line goes at the angle you prefer(within it's limits).
Both have great quality and service as well.

Those work fine, but many of us prefer 2 lines.
You can split hairs and say the single line with a jumper is lighter (maybe, the fitting has more weight than just the line material)...but that it also has another leak point.
As well as if there is any difference in bleeding air, which I have never really seen as a big deal, but 2 lines seem to take a few less seconds to bleed, lol.
My only really valid point would be that all of Sportbike racing has never adopted the single line and jumper, they all use 2.
If you go with 2 lines, the left line should be one inch longer than the right, and the right line will be the same length as the long line in their single kit.
If you have any doubts on line length, tape a string to the MC line bolt, and follow it down the line to the right caliper, then measure the string.
Most any sportbike requires the left line to be one inch longer than the right too, kind of a rule of thumb in this situation.

Don't see the reason for the custom lines when they already have the correct measurements for everything on their website.

Why do you want to delete the ABS?
Is it for weight saving?
Or do you just not want any interference with your braking technique/style?

It’s kinda weird, but I had separate brake hoses(race style) and could never get a nice short stroke lever, always came half way to the bars no matter what I tried…
But then I fitted the brake line kit that came with the new top yoke kit and it was a piggy back style (one hose to the RH caliper with a hose from RH to LH caliper) and Lo and behold my lever has very short travel now!!
Kinda the opposite of how it should be lmao.
I guess I bled ALL the air from that piggy back hose.

Yes, weight savings. Around 5 pounds with just the abs unit and lines.

That is weird. I was one of the lucky few that had no issues bleeding the Brembo RCS19 cylinder with dual lines. Feels incredible now with Brembo MC, braided lines, Galfer rotors, and EBC pads.

it is personal preference and two factors involved, which are Weight and Rotating mass. Im planing to delete the rear brake sytem plus the ABS saving a total weight of 9 to 10 pounds. less weight more rotating mass. Just my preference.

No rear brake . . . wow.
I could not imagine having no rear brake.
Each to their own though, just hope you're not riding on the street like that.
Us motorcyclists need all the brakes we can get with the deaf dumb and blind car drivers about!
