I think bike was not so fast as most of you guys think. 35-40 MPH.. May be it is speed limit, we just don`t know that.
Biker not paying attention at all.
What would you do if you see this honda slowing down?
Not even turning yet, just slowing down?
Blink your high beam? Hit the brakes? Weave a little?
All of the above?
The truth is that we can not change another drivers.
There is always would be someone like that honda driver.
Legally it is car driver fault, 100% (correct me if I`m wrong)
Car moved in opposite direction line and that and nothing else caused this accident.
Do I care who is at fault if I`m dead? well, I don`t.
