Along the same subject, did I hear correctly that the azz they caught in FL accused of killing 9-yr old Jessica Lunsford may get off on a technicality? Police didn't read him his rights? Or didn't allow him access to an attorney right away? Is any of that rumor correct? If so, THERE'S your problem...guys can plead guilty and lead you right to the body they desecrated, then get off...

There are just no words for what these families have been through...

I'm not sure about that, but that dude won't make it 2 days on the streets. Her father and his friends are bikers-not dentists with shiny harleys....bikers. If somebody murdered that POS in fl,no Jury would convict them.

Actually all the tough talk is pretty un-neccessary. My understanding is that child molesters in prison do not last too long. They get killed soon as folks find out what he did... The general prison population isn't a bunch of sweet hearts, but many have kids of their own...

They don't last long, Prison is basically a death sentance, and a pretty gruesome death more than likely... Which is nice.

I've been following the story of the 2 Groene kids. Thank God they found the girl Shasta...Now they think they found her brother's body...may he rest in peace.
As for this M Fer that kidnapped them....Raped 2 kids before this and he was out on the streets??? I say send the judge who let him walk to prison with him. I'm so Fing pissed off....
Why aren't these people dragged thru the streets for touching kids?
I'm sure the majority of people in the US would agree to sending these people to the chair so why is nothing happening?

I agree with you diesel. Special laws need to be set in place for people who do shiite like this. And as for people being liberal or conservative. If everyone sat down to think for a minute or two, WE ARE ALL BOTH LIBERAL AND CONSERVATIVE. It simply depends on the issue set in front of you. Just keep this in mind: A lot of us say what we WOULD do in any given situation until something actually happens to us...

Now that's a totally fugged up situation there. What the fugg is a trial about?

The guy did it, admitted he did it, and would do it again. To me, there's no rehabilitating someone like that. Whatever the punishment is for second-degree murder, then the max should be administered. But to me it seems like a gray-hair area whereas that he targeted someone, so I feel it should be first-degree. Maybe she lived for at least one day, then succumbed to her injuries and he got second-degree.

I don't think I would be able to contain myself if someone ever took my kid and I found out afterwards. I would probably be going to jail.
