Battlefield 3 vs Call of Duty?

You figure out what you are going to do Blanca? Or find copy's to try before you buy?

I know! I just remembered that after calling GameStop and others.
Got it reserved for pickup tonight at redbox right by my house. I know for movies if you don't return them it's $20.
I wonder how much games are if you lose them :whistle:

Hit me up on PS3 tonight if you want someone to squad up with. Can also try the coop if ya want.

Oh and I know ya have little ones about so a heads up there is some swearing in the game.

Will I be charged if I don't return a rental?
For each day you keep a rental, you'll be charged the daily fee + applicable tax. You have the maximum rental period listed at the kiosk to return the movie before you'll be charged the maximum charge and the disc is yours to keep. Those charges are $24 + tax for DVDs* ($25.40 in Maryland), $34.50 + tax for Blu-ray™ Discs ($35.51 in Maryland) and $60 + tax for video games ($61.48 in Maryland). At kiosks where DVDs rent for $1, the maximum rental period is 25 days and the maximum rental charge is $25.

I play after bedtime :) so shooting and killing and swearing is ok :)
What's your ps3 name if I missed it on a prev page?

I figured they had it worked out to where it will cost same as if you buy it. Was just joking.
I'll probably keep it for a few days to get a good jist of it.
 
What a bunch of crap! I can't play online with the rental? It says every new copy of Bf3 comes with an online pass. It's supposed to be in the box or whatever but since I got it thru redbox it's in redboxes package with no passcode. Only way for me to play online with it is to BUY a $9.99 online pass. :wtf: :(

I played about an hour of the campaign. So far I'm not enthused. Kinda slow and boring?
Am I missing something here? Gonna eat a sammich and play cod for a bit.

Ya the campaign was kindof slow. I mainly play the multiplayer. Over all BF is a slower game than CoD in general.

Also looked it up and the online pass is EA idea to make sure that people have to pay them. So if you buy the game used then you have to give them an additional 10$. Kindof crap IMHO.

Does the PS3 version have the drop like the PC version does~?~ I've played games in the past that don't have the same quality as the PC versions do.

I love sniping on bf3 just fir that reason, my longest shot was on firestorm, 408m headshot on a guy running, then 3 games later I got a 277m headshot on a helicopter pilot on noshahr canals, he was flying right at me in a little bird, that was my favorite shot if all time, been trying to do that for years

Ya the ps3 system has the bullet drop. Love that effect. Im even getting good at jets, I can consistently win dog fights now. Love this game.

I played the campaign but it was too slow. Reminded me of Rainbow six.
Returned it. Waiting for tomorrow midnight MW3 :cheerleader:
 
The only major problem I am having is constantly being put on the team the sucks :-)
