The bottom line is that it has been agreed that the seller received the funds so from this point on, the Buyer is in the right IMO as he has no engine, no tracking number & no money. Seems to me the seller could have either sent the engine or the money by now. No need to argue, Just send the dude his money back.

For an update from Kos or pwall97 !

I sent him $1450 for an engine he had on Ebay for sale.which is the one on this forum,2007 hayabusa 4100 miles.
After he had received the money into his bank account he stopped taking my calls.
His partner /wife answered the phone saying I had the wrong number followed by verbal abuse.
He gave his name as Paul Rosa Ph. 4079949632
On Ebay he went under the name reis302012.
After receiving the money he unlisted himself from Ebay.
He uses two email addresses that I know of;
pwall@yahoo.com and pwall30@hotmail.com

I would recommend that you do not deal with this guy as he is bad news.
The forum can do without these sort.

Well pwall97 has not sent any money to the new bank account which I opened especially because that was his preferred way of sending it.
So now I can confirm that he is a SCAMMER and also a LIAR.
I emailed him to ask which day he sent the money but have had no reply.
To date I have received three emails from the Florida police asking if it has been sorted or would I like them to investigate further, and if so to send them details of bank transfer and eBay communications, and this is what I am about to do.
I am interestered in seeing if pwall97 is still a member of Hayabusa.org in the future.
