Beware of pwall97, he is a scammer

my man u gave it to me thrusday night,i sent it out saturday,my bank said it would take up to 5 business days it was weekend sunday my bank closed and monday was pres day whoce my bank and am sure alot of banks are closed... i did not see your email...so count 5 business days from saturday and u should be getting it and this is a note from my lawyer to cover my ass....

This seems preposterous. This clearly is a civil matter and I'm surprised the police investigated it at all. The State would essentially have to prove that you intended to never send the engine in order for there to be a crime. I can't imagine the State will proceed on a crime, especially since any victim will have to provide a sworn statement, and that will be pretty difficult to do from Australia.

There's no requirement you refund the money in any particular fashion; just make sure you send the money in a way that you can track it. Keep all the proof of your original shipment of the engine to this person and your efforts to refund his money in the unlikely event that criminal charges are filed...I have all your receipts here from you having the engine crated and scheduled to be picked up then having to cancel it costing you 450 dollars so what i would do is just send him 1000 back if anyone has a problem we can go to court...anyways how's the family?

remember friday when i went to send it my bank needed a routing number i emailed u waited for u to get back to me friday with a routing number u said was the same as some number u gave me... on saturday i went back right after work at 4pm.....so its on its's way..

u have more excuses and stories then Caylee Anthony when it comes to missed emails. and if you think taking someones money and not giving them what they paid for is civil vs. criminal you need to have ur head examined cause talkn out of ur ass! ever here of internet crimes?

internet crimes are pretty common these days and if it wasnt for an email or phone call from local LE this guy would not have seen chit from you and you know it so stop BS'ing everyone and making urself out to be the victim here. your the scammer here. NOT the guy who sent you the money. you just happened to get caught and now tryn to save face. it aint workn!

LOL @ you posting a LETTER from you're attorney on this forum. I'm sure you're (cough) Attorney (cough) advised you to post his/her communication on this forum?

And it appears that you're attorney has the same poor grammar as you do, Imagine that....

Coming from a guy in the IT field, with a degree in Information security "ME" you can block every MAC address he has ever logged onto Hayabusa.org with easily, as one can change their IP address very easily. Just for future reference and I would also agree and would support a " Scamers Section " on this forum.:goodidea:

***Also wanted to add that I just read this guys so called lawyer statement and could not do anything but LMFAO what a load of &^%$ If I were him and really trying to prove my innocence I would take a picture of the documents I claimed to have and post them on here. Seriously pwall do you really think anyone on this forum that has read this post would even give you the time of day, being as there is so many scams going around now a days, without even reading all 9 pages of this thread WOW. You know if you would just apply yourself at a honest real job you could turn your life around.:wtf:

The email pwall97 sent me regarding the routing number was on the Wednesday 13th Feb.morning in Australia which would have been Tuesday night your time, not Thursday night as you claim and I got back to you within 10 minutes and said that the SWIFT code I sent you would suffice.
If your are able to count that far you will see that it was approx. 8 days ago.
As for your so called lawyer, I have never stated that I no longer wanted the engine. So why didn't you send it?
If he thinks Internet Crime is a civil matter, why are the police so interested in it when they know that I am in Australia?
It's 2013 and almost anything can be done over the net.
I would suggest that your lawyer take some English lessons before he fronts up in any court, any one with a basic education would know that you
don't start a sentence with " ANYWAYS", what university did go to?
Perhaps you would like to tell us what happened here SCAM ALERT.
I bet it wasn't your fault.:banghead:

So based on what I read Kos should have his money by Saturday. We shall see.

if that is true it will be minus 450 dollars of total..:banghead: i personally won't put up with that sh$$.. wait this long and go through all these hassles and at the end no engine and come up 450 dollars short of my money?? i think i will settle this sh@@ in person..

I see you peeking in on this thread, post up KOS on whether what Pwall97 has recently posted holds some credibility.

Guy's come on!! Its only been 20 days since this thread started. Clearly, that isn't time enough to get his money back to Australia! Hope you can feel the sarcasm in my post, because its full of it!! I think the debris from the Tsunami in Japan washed up on our soil faster then your slow ass getting his money to him!

If this was a scam then yes he made off with $450. But if I was legit and he actually did pay to have it crates up then I can't be mad about that. But he needs to give some proof of what and why he paid $450 for.

All of this could have been avoided simply by sending the item purchased. The circumstances in the transfer of funds for the original purchase were suspicious enough for me to tell Pwall97 to pound sand.

come visit lol....funny

I do enjoy it when internet tough guys get online though, it makes me  People have been tracked down and killed for less, be very cautious about who you are taunting as you never know who they are.
