Beware USPS shipping prices!!!

I shipped that 4lb jacket to bsbusa in Georgia, LOL not the country. I insured for $500 and that cost $8. Total price $71.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was for 4 days too!!! I live too far from UPS and FedEx, so they had me by the b-lls! Heads up later for sure. I have a heavier leather busa jacket I'm going to sell later. I'll have to add $100 shipping!! This is nuts yall.

I was wrong about the weight, it was almost 10lbs. I asked the postal worker why so much and he said the size of the package. It was about 15x15x20. I'll wait and go to ups next time I go into town.

Unkess it’s a box of lead they go by size way more than weight.

Try pirateship.com I've mailed a out a lot items using them and have saved some money. You will be able to see price differences between UPS and USPS.

I don't know how they're doing it on Ebay then. I have purchased a number of garments off Ebay in the past few months and non of them cost over $60, price, tax and shipping total. One order was 5 sport jackets and that must have been close to 4 lbs. ...the jackets were $15 each and free shipping.

Alot of sellers get shipping discounts based on volume, and are still making enough profit paying to ship, just less lately.
