Quick update K-FACTORY : Front Sprocket Cover [268FZAQ029N] this maybe a little heavier than stock but it is so much stronger that the reduced flex has removed this issue with the RCS16 CC RR. Now it all works!
Upgrading to a Brembo CorsaCorta RCS16 master cylinder combined with the K-Factory Clutch Slave Piston TYPE J significantly enhances clutch feel on the Gen 3 Hayabusa, offering a notably lighter pull. This setup is tailored specifically for the Gen 3 model, ensuring optimal performance.

I have attached a pdf of the slave cylinder piston travel calcs. The more ridged slave cylinder holder must have reduced the flex losses of the original sprocket cover by 0.1 - 0.2mm which was just enough to get full clutch disengagement.

Do you have the real piston size for the RCS16 CC and piston travel? This would definitely not work with the RCS16 CC RR (actually a 15mm piston with 8mm travel) There is no way this would pump enough fluid to get full clutch disengagement with the 36.5mm K-Factory slave piston (up from 33.5mm stock)
Another data point, the RCS17 CC RR brake M/C when the levers are adjusted all the way out are not throw limited. Though there is a little click like a seal popping over a lip when bleeding the brakes with a deep throw so not recommended. It does indicate that one could machine the spring holder on the clutch M/C piston down slightly to get more throw though.

Thanks Ivan, let us know what throw at the lever you get with the RCS 16 CC. We only get 55mm 130mm out from the centre of the pivot pin with the RCS16 CC RR.

Yes exactly. We are still trying to find some kind soul that will measure the throw of their RSC16 CC so that we can compare it to the RCS16 CC RR. The RR is throw limited in the piston.
