Busa Bash Rider Down

the funny thing is that the dragon isnt even close to the best road up there

Its fun to ride early in the morning and later in the evenings, however you *have* to ride very carefully and within your limits.... and by all means you have to get familiar with the road before you make a higher speed pass because A) there could be trash in the corners, like this weekend and B) this dragon bites back, you have to know where to slow down.
You hit the nail on the head. The Gap is a great road to ride, but it is a small part of the much better roads in the area. On BB IV we all gotta go to North Georgia.

Paul-my thoughts and prayers are going out to you.

I wanted to show our group that the surrounding roads are much nicer. We did ride the Foothills and Cherohala, but it was after Paul went down. They loved it, wish he could've been with us.

wish he could have as well bronc, next time up there we'll have to make sure he gets a ride on the skyway, foothills, 28 to bryson city, 441 over the mountains and the other great roads

if he needs parts for the bike, just let folks know I'm sure we can get him going again

Just by reading all the post since I got home last night, it is very clear that HAYABUSA.ORG has a great group of members. Im glad to be part of it.

I am going to a nice twisty road in North Florida on Sunday. No trash in the corners and plenty of run off. You all are more than welcome to tag along.
