I am aware, at least in OH, of a form one can fill out requesting someone's drivers license be revoked. It takes several signatures, but if this isn't the first time this guy's hit somebody, you may find enough people to get him off the streets.

Glad u r ok also. To bad he cant admire your foot in his A$$. Also be careful of his insurance comp calling u on the phone while he tapes the conversation just trying to get u to say the wrong thing.
