Cold Start stalling

Sigh

Today to take out my old TPS. Use a T25 torx wrench and was unable to open. Not sure is because screw seizure or what.

In the end I slip and the torque wrench dropped. I can't find the wrench. Think I need to open up the fairing and find it :(

You're not having a good week are ya Daf. I lost a screw, inside a yoshimura can the other month, between the outer skin and the baffles. I was sure that one was gone forever but by a miracle I was able to snag it from the "outside" with a magnet and drag it up to the hole I lost it down and extract it :D
The can was SS and screw obviously plain steel, couldn't have rescued it any other way I recon.

I am getting depress

TPS replaced and sympton persist. Everything remain the same.

Every sympton brought me back to ISC valve which I had replaced.

I had call the shop that replace my ISC valve as I know it needs to relearn the position (and that's the reason I went to a shop instead of replacing it myself.)

The shop told me they using China 3rd party software to adjust the rpm only. They are not sure does this reset the ISC valve position. They only had the option to input desire idle rpm.

Is this the reason of the persist sympton?

Anyone know how can I do this or should I just bring my bike down to suzuki authorize distributor to ask for a software adjustment?

Because on the phone with suzuki, they say a software reset cost usd$150. I am thinking to buy the Sds tools myself or better still upgrade to woodlich.

The only thing that made me feel great today...

Yes, that needs to be reset properly with SDS.
Did you ride it?
Is the clutch switch at the lever sticking?

I did ride the bike for about 1000miles after the isc valve replacement.

I did not ride the bike after the TPS replacement

Clutch lever is not sticking, I did read about the clutch switch thingy before when I was reading the isc issue. For elimination purpose. I will replace the clutch switch.

The sds tool 09904–41010 I manage to find on aliexpress sold by China. But the software only support til windows 7 and base on the list says support til busa L2.

Any idea the supercede version of the sds tools and software?

If the clutch switch is functioning normally, I would not replace it.
I would let the dealer reset the ISC, before I gambled on buying an SDS that may not work.
