Common Admin courtesy?

When I figured out that the cialis thread got yanked, I contacted an admin and asked if it got yanked. I was told in a very professional way that it indeed was and the reason....

Good enough for me.

Based on the majority of the responses here I don't get the feeling that the admins are the least bit concerned with me or any others as long time contributors to this forum, with comments like these,

"And it is not like I am going to lose my non paying job here if I dont respond to someone. I could ignore people from here on out and it probably would not have much affect on my position here." Nice.....

"If one finds the forum structure offensive, there are about a gazillion other busa forums one can consider." Suggesting I should just leave and not voice an opinion, very encouraging....

"Here's the short version: we don't have time nor are we inclined to hand-hold..." Another gem...

For what its worth, it happened to be a post by a newbie (3-6 posts) about Obama's mama but some of us were encouraging the new guy to post up some pics of his motorcycles (if he had any) and to post in motorcycle related threads before jumping right into politics. It looked like it was working too...until the censors wielded their mighty sword.

I understand your point but I understand where the admins are coming from as well. And for the guy with the 6 posts, he is at it in another post as we speak. He is just another troll that needs to be squashed.... Don't loose sleep over it. The guy reminds me of the old Kawi trolls we use to have in 06.... Now it is in the Political forums.....

Well the "Offending" or should I say "offensive" poster has a grand total of 19 posts.. all of which but "1" (count them 1) have been blasted... really, I hate quotas but setting a minimum quota for sales, religion and politics might keep a few other queer kooks out... say maybe 15,000 post minimum?

No where did I say you shouldn't voice your opinion. I suggested that you could "consider" other forums where you might not feel the Brownshirt oppressiveness you apparently perceive here, given the tone of your original post.

That said, it was the other suggestion I made that I really wanted you to pick up on, but...... t'ain't no biggie.
