Have you ever been in this situation? Some of those little skinny drug induced people are stronger than you think....
Penny most likely had a lot of adrenalin pumping through him and didn't even realize....I've been there and know this to be true.
The bottom line is-regardless of what you think, he was found not guilty by a jury of his peers.
Your statement is a good example of the division that is gripping the US.....this wasn't about color, it was about a bad guy who if left unchecked could and most likely would have hurt others-some vulnerable....
When it comes to "open season on blacks" do your research when it comes to this.......black on black killings rank high....

First letter of BLM stands for what? BLACK. It's separation. It's division. It in and of itself is racist and a racist organization. Please list the good BLM has done for black communities?

The execs bought mansions and cars and gave relatives cushy contracts that milked even more millions out of YOU and other knucklehead who supported them. And the organization has not done a single thing with any of it to better the black community. NADA
They are the worse kind of people, BLM is. Literally raped their own people. How all of them aren't in prison I don't know?

This is now the 21st century, the time for division must come to an end and this means eliminating organizations that promote division.
In some cases there is reverse racism where DEI is favored....I've witnessed and been part of this myself where I was once looking at becoming a cop.....I was told in no uncertain terms that I was both the wrong gender and race to apply as they were actively seeking female and ethnic candidates.

Are you trying to tell me that with all of the people on that subway, they could have been outpowered by that little guys adrenalin? And I don't think that the fact that some blacks kill other blacks means that whites don't get away with murdering a lot of blacks.

Hi. Few have benn through what we have. I would have done the same to that guy. I work closely with about 30 people. Myself and 2 others are the only white people. We all help each other. From what I see no body see color as we all bleed red. No one has blue blood. Well not that I have sern them anyway.

How many people have sat back and done nothing while a person like this antagonizes and attacks others until that person seriously hurts or kills someone....? This guy stood up and fought back.

Like I mentioned, do a little research before assuming that whites "kill" a lot of blacks.....that is a fallacy...the reality is there are more black on black killings per capita in America. The big difference is if there is an interracial killing, it makes headlines whereas black on black killing doesn't because it doesn't create division or sensational headlines.
That is a sad fact....

I don't blame police.....they face evil each and every day......and are working under a microscope all the time....that's why they have so much problems trying to recruit anyone....

There are many marginalized groups of people who dwell in this group and have no ambition to leave it.....even though there is every opportunity to do so.
People just don't know....they talk but have never been in that situation so don't know....
Adrenalin and fear do crazy things to people, when a person is engaged in a situation like this, it's like time stands still, minutes go by and feels like seconds and you lose a sense of awareness......

I was hoping for 4 years of being able to ignore all the race baiting efforts that keeps the racial fires burning in this country.
I bet that most to all of the people complaining have never been in a real fight, or a situation when somebody had to be stopped.
The goal at that point is to use whatever means nesacery until they stop resisting.
If that means choking them until they pass out, then that's what it takes.
From that point, you release them, which by all accounts he did, as once they are no longer a threat, you no longer need to hold them...but until that point...

Choking someone out is also alot better than breaking their arm or leg...or so I've been told...
