I have not been a member of this forum for very long, but I have been impressed with the way the members carry on intelligent conversations. Most boards turn into everyone hiding behind a computer being tough guys bashing each other at every turn. Even when people have disagreed with it other it was adult like and made for interesting reading. Then tonight many people have acted just like all of the other internet I-D-10-Ts out there by making ignorant comments like "STUPID people" or "war between stupid and non-stupid". All I can say is I am disappointed. :-(
Tomorrow I will get up and go to work as a member of the greatest Air Force in the world and defend the right of each and every one of you to say whatever you want. I am just disappointed that the members of this forum could not find a more intelligent way to express their disappointment with the American selection as the new President. I do not want you to change your mind or not be upset. You have every right to be and that is what makes this country great. Please, just be respectful with your comments and uphold the image that new members have come to expect from such a fine group of motorcyclists. And always remember, long after we are gone these words will live on. Is this how we want to be remembered on such a big day in american history?
