No Cubans are Cubans we aren't in the same Island Puerto Rico in more to the East and we are tow different cultures. Don't get me wrong they are good people but we are not the same.

We all are located in the Caribbean (Cuba, Las Espanola) Haiti and Dominican Rep. and then Puerto Rico. Oh and one more thing we are American citizens
