Friend down

Thanks evereyone, talked to Tim today, for about 2 hours. About wore him out. he's really come along way in 48 hrs. What a big change. Physically he has a way to go but he seems very aware. Although the 2hours this morning was a little much. He seemed very tired.

I think there is more going on upstairs than what the doctors saw because he started talking about getting a Harley!!!!!! But don't say I said anything.

They also moved him to a real room, #519. And don't YH2K ICU sez all cards get fowarded to his room no matter where he goes, even home. That may be awhile yet but he needs the rest and has good staff.

Address w/ new room#:Eastern Maine Medical Center, 489 State St., PO BOX 404, Bangor, ME 04402-0404, Timothy Campbell/ Grant 5, Rm.# 519

Thanks again for letting me share I think it has helped me as much as him. What a great place this is! Doug.

I have been down myself from an accident about the same time, mine not near so bad in comparison, so I appologize for the late post. But I hope for the best for him from all of us in So Cal. Let him know there is a whole station house full, and most ride, cheering him on.

Alot has happened the last few days. All Good. He's become very alert, just started him on some sollid foods and started rehab. Most excellent really.

He gets pretty tired easy but still a great start. He's joking around every chance he gets and has started getting visitors now. So he gets alot of chances. He wants to get back home because" I got alot of sh*t to do".

Bike is gone, it is aTotal. It hit just right to do some twisting and rip some of the welds in the frame. And of course the normal stuff, rims, plastic, ect...
I'm going to find out about his gear today. Not sure if State Farm covers that or not.

All cards will follow him through out the hospital but his new rm# is 394, Hope'n soon he'll be out the door.
Address is: Eastern Maine Medical Center, 489 State St., PO BOX 404, Bangor, ME 04402-0404, Timothy Campbell/ KELLEY 3 RM# 394

Thanks

Thanks for the update, I have been reading this thread hoping the best for him.

Glad he's doing okay.
