Reving it in neutral is the only way to demonstrate. It does it worse in gear, but I cans get a video of that.

Solid state parts either work or they don’t. So it’s not that.

It really acts like a choke problem. It runs rich and the black smoke of unhurt fuel. I really wish the dealer I bought it from cared.

Is there a Lemon Law in your state?
Typically with those, after 3 failed attempts at a repair on something you cannot drive/ride as a result, especially that you can push as a safety issue, then the dealer or manufacturer is required to buy it back, and fully reimburse you the full price that you paid.

Not true, not automotive, but have solved a few automation equipment intermittent failures by pointing a hair drier at a microprocessor.

Hello, bought a 2023 Gen 3 new in 2023. When hot, it cuts out at higher rpms. Watch video, I’m hold throttle wide open in neutral. Even worse in gear. Can’t pass cars, it Boggs out when warmed up.
Dealer can’t recreate because you got to warm it up first, and they have been very complacent.

It was bouncing up and down. The rev limiter has nothing to do with it. It’s fixed now and nobody here had the right answer. It was the faulty fuel pump all along. It should peg the rev limiter and stay there. Not cut out. Please watch the video again.

Crazy to think such a new bike would have a failed fuel pump....goes to show how bad quality is getting at Suzuki, or the manufacturer of the fuel pump....
