The Busa and B-king bin files in the ecu are different as well(Busa also has ram-air compensation turned on).
Flashing your ecu from a stock Bking to an unrestricted Busa is a night and day difference.
I had a gen2 and a Bking, and flashed dozens of ecu's.
It's worth doing.
So is removing the butterfly valve in the exhaust midpipe.
You can remove the 2 cables and the springs will hold the valve in the most open position, but removing it all together and tig welding the pin hole is a noticeable improvement.
 
Yup...all that was done, along with a bit of cam timing change..and some fork revalving.no exaust valve in it..removed...its a good running bike, with 6200 miles on it..:)

See on the build pics that the ecu was out in the mail when that pic was taken..

This was one of the more run projects in the past years..very comfortable bike, seats soo big even a fat chick's behind would fit, if you are so inclined..i'm NOT...lol
