Yes, I don't remember the exact #, but it was a 40% reduction. I have it written down at home

No but they are about a pound lighter each ive heard

Carbon ceramic pads like Ebc's Extreme Pro(I finally found them for the '18 gsxr at Schintz Racing) make a dramatic improvement in shortening stops.
I have ran them on gsxrs and my gen2, highly recommended.

Most likely, as they have become pretty hard to find.
You could get a Vesrah brand equivalent.
