I will have to say that I am not too impressed with the quality. The welds look like bird turds, if you weld then you know what I mean. The tubes to the collector are not round. The can does look nice.

Alien head.I just looked closer and there are 4 pin holes in the welds. So I am calling brocks tomorrow.

Did you order those cheap ones they has on sale?

damn.. that sucks.. never really heard of anyone complain about Brocks.. hopefully they will work with you and resolve the issues. GL

I hope they will do the right thing brother. I have been thinking of this for a while now I know you guys have too but when we encounter bad customer service or poor to bad products we should all send the manufacturer emails/phone calls on behalf of the Org member who have been wronged, that way they don't treat the member as just another customer. Don't know if there are Org rules against that but just a thought. I got poor customer service a few weeks ago when I bought a pair of levers from CRG, sent them an email and got nothing, nada, zip won't be buying from them again.

Over the last few years since the world economy took a dump, I've noticed the quality of pretty much everything I purchase anymore has gone downhill.....and I mean everything. Unfortunately I think its the new way of life. Its sad that its finally got to a point where things aren't getting better from technology than they used to be, but worse.
That being said I'm sure Brock will make things right

They want some pictures so I will send some but its not like seeing in person.I am sure they will make it right but it should be right the first time. They are supposed to me made here right??and i thought they were hand welded and these look like poor machine welds.I can tig weld blind folded better than these welds look. Some one mentioned cheap ones on sale??Whats that all about??I got a good deal thru a vendor that is on here so I saved some but thats no excuse to sell bad products.I will see wha they say tomorrow.I was so hoping to have this on and hear it.:banghead:I hate to say this but my Yosh header looks a lot better and its fully polished.

Not many people buy a pipe for looks, but that's cool. Yosh does anything from cost you HP to giving you 5 RWHP, while the Brocks will go 12-15 RWHP. Don't even get me started on the cost difference between the two. Anyway, I hope they get it squared away for ya. Mines four years old and still doing it's job.

I pay a grand for an exhaust and the welds better look like a roll of dimes not like bird poop.Nice welds to me means pride in what you do and sell.Like I said the yosh has nice welds and I got 10HP out of that exhaust but i expect more from the brocks, thats why I saved to buy one.

They are supposed to me made here right??

i could be mistaken but i dont think any of the brocks pipes are u.s. made.

i'm sure theyll take care of you though. they have a reputation as having the best customer service.
