I was going to give her a wash to celebrate. She was pretty grungy after the ride the other day when she turned 50.

Just over 3 months and another trouble free 5k down. I did have to replace the front wheel bearings in that time, and I have another seeping fork seal now . I consider those maintenance items though. Although I am looking into better springs for my weight. I think the seals wind up taking more abuse since the bike is sprung for a 150 LB Japanese guy

Looks like it's gonna be a big mileage year for me - summer isn't even here yet, and I've already got 5500 or so this year.

Awesome! Nice to see someone actually riding their bike! I work at a dealership, and it annoys me to no end when people look at bikes with 10-15K on them and think that's high mileage! I want to punch them in the face for being dumb!

I just hit 30,000 on my K5 and it bothers the hell out if me the miles are so high lol.
