hayabusa for first bike

Some people dont understand that it takes atleast a little of riding experience to ride a ultra fast bike like that. Even riding a 600 tales time!!

(A little bit too graphic- Pic removed)Professor

Buy it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stop asking us!!!!!

No wait, get the "might CBR1000."  Lol

Get it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No one will talk you out of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No wait, why not post 4 times before you buy it, never create an avatar or sig, and then only log back on when you want us to help you.  Oh yeah, and then get pissed off when nobody answers your post.

Is anyone else sick of people asking this question?
Yea i talked to so many people who want to ride a hyperbike for theyre FIRST (DANGEROUS) street bike i dont even care anymore. Its the same story over and over. All i have to say is sport bikes riding carries a H I G H   F A T I L I T Y   R A T E!!!

Why would you suit up on the #1 killa as your 1st bike.

If you do the do, please get life insurance for your family if you die/severely injure yourself. Its an ignorant choice to ride such a fast bike with absolutely no exp, atleast do a wise thing by getting ins.
+1 on that one

A local dude on a gix 1000 a cop buddy showed to me and my peeps. He ran through a taco bell at 100mph.

I've seen these types of pics before...I think you need to set up a link to those letting people know what they are about to see. Don't just post those up like that. I'm sure admin will be by soon to do some cleaning.

Mikev7, you should edit those out if it will let you. and just put a linky w/ a warning

.....PEOPLE SAY A BUSA WILL KILL A GUY EASY.....I DON'T SEE HOW IT COULD IF YOUR PROPERLY PROTECTED, OBEYING THE SPEED LIMIT, AND NOT HAVING HEAVY HANDS ON THE THROTTLE, OR THE URGE TO DO STUNTS FOR THAT MATTER.  WITH ALL THESE PRECAUTIONS IN MIND...HOW COULD A BIKE KILL YOU???
You do realize that you can do everything correct and still loose. You actually think because you are responsible, wear riding gear, and obey the speed limit that you will not die? Hopefully you meant something else but wrote it down wrong. If you did meant what you wrote then you have no business on any motorcycle.

Go ahead and get the bike, list some good prices when you part out the bike after you realize that a bike can hurt you even when properly protected. You will never be able to control "the other guy on the street", road conditions, weather, wildlife on the road, or mechanical failures, but you have to deal with these factors and many more when enjoying the ride.

No problem...lesson learned. Graphic pics/video, violent or otherwise, should be linked with a warning.

Sometimes those kinds of pics can cause more harm than good. I saw some before heading out on a ride once and they can make you ride to tight and wound up and yes, overly cautious.

I considered myself experienced ( gsxr-600 & 1000) and thought I was ready for the Busa. Wrong. It was very humbling and scary for about 800 miles until I really learned the bike. I love the machine now and am perfectly comfortable on it, but when I bought it, it was out of my skill level. I have no problem admitting that. I respected the bike from day one, but it still suprised me about how unforgiving she is. Thats the tricky part, learning to control the performance.
I am not sure of details, but we had a rider down in North Charleston tonight.Looked bad. Didn't get a good look at the bike, but it easily looked Busa-ish.
I've had some close calls this weekend. I'm a little spooked.

You will get alot of different answers here it get's asked a million times. Get something you are comfortable with.Be carefull whatever you ride.

Prblem here is that NO ONE respects the power all the time. If we didn't crave the power we wouldn't need to own a bike like the Busa. Yes. You will twist the throttle a little to hard from time to time. Yes. You will slip the rear coming out of a turn too aggressive from time to time. The difference here is that most of us have the experience to react in such a way that the outcome will be much more disirable.

IMO get something like a Honda Superhawk. Inexpensive, good powerband, enough to get anyone in trouble. Tear it up for a season than move up...

...oh yeah, in either case wear your gear. Road rash hurts.

Hi I just got my drivers license and I want a new car... I decided that the 750hp Corvette is the car for me cause my checkbook is as big as my ego...

Not to worry, I will respect the power of the car while I am showing off to myself and friends. I will also always wear my seatbelt, that should take care of me huh?

Nevermind I have a new wife and kids, they will LOVE the car too.. (ask my ego) I just think that I deserve the biggest and fastest car I can afford (well I cant afford it exactly, my folks are helping here)

Does everyone here think I should get the Red one or the Yellow one? I respect your judgment on this choice...

sounds fricken ridiculous doesn't it?
