hayabusa in twisties

Thanks for the words Tuf...I'm listening, but execution is a bit tougher. Team Gixxer does need to kick it back every other session or so and actually practice. It's hard to think about it though because it seems every time we go on track we throw it out the window and say "oh he!! no, he didn't just pass me...."

You are absolutely right Charlie, it takes self disipline to slow it down and work on individual items that need improvement. You don't learn much when you are competing with a rival. It is however, self comforting when you put new things you've learned into action when you are competing with a rival

I can't keep up with him to video him anymore...:banghead:

And yes, it would make my day if you would come down and play with Team Gixxer in October :please:

I was watching "Twist of the Wrist II" last night and noticed Keith Code covers this subject of riding "Crossed Up".

This is what Keith has to say:

The opposite of hanging off is “Crossed Up”.
Riding "Crossed Up" reduces control, exaggerates lean angle and makes the rider twist & tighten up on the bike.
Body position can negatively or positively affect the bike.
--------------------------------------

This was the exact point I was making with raydog when I pointed out the upper body being heavier than the lower portion can easily create a negative effect on the bike with the result being excessive lean angle. :beerchug:
