Ive just fitted a windjammer 2 to my shark speed r helmet and it works really well, I usually wear earplugs. Almost all wind noise comes from the air rushing past the
bottom of the helmet, next time out put the back of your left hand under the right side of your trusty lid and notice how less wind noise/roar there is.
Anyway the windjammer 2 can make taking your helmet on and off a bit tricky as ya mellon has to squeeze thru a smaller opening but all is good, i have a plug for my radar detector in my lid and can easily fit it with the jammer 2 in place. For open road riding i will continue to use earplugs as well as more protection is best for me.
