How fast have you been

The 1st and only time i rode dads i was doing about 80 when he blew by me on my bike. I pulled back on the throttle and looked down about 5 seconds later and was at 150. Good times!!

No you're not...I've only been 120 mph...husband's taken Caesar to 150+, and a cousin swears he saw 165 indicated...who knows...

Damn, isn't there something wrong with saying "only 120"...

I didn't buy the Busa for speed...I'm just a poser...

I had mine to 130+ mph on my first ride. I was told not to baby it. And that was on a short straight-a-way passing cars.
I will open her up later on on a good stretch of road but will not make a habit of it. Things happen very fast at 120 mph +.
I just enjoy getting up to speed fast.

I agree with that one. The "few" times I have pegged her out, I was not worried about my gauges nor my speed, I was worried about the road and what was in front of me, on the sides and the rear.

The only time I have done this was on desolate roads. However in grassy, tree areas. really beautiful but have deer around. So I am constantly scanning in front and front left and front right for deer, dogs, coyotes etc.

Rabbits, birds and anything smaller I don’t worry about. I hit a good size squirrel in excess of 160 and I didn’t feel a thing

Well I felt a small bump with the front tire which totally obliterated the little guy to the point where I didn’t feel anything with the rear

Lots of critters where I live and ride too.

I've hit two moose and three deer with 4 wheeled vehicles. Any of those on a bike and I would'nt be here.

about 100-120...................mps, that would be millimeters per second, I was rocking on the one in the showroom floor. still waiting on the MSF before I can buy my baby. and they say money can't buy love. HA

came out on the 2 fwy 2 cars Viper and a Vette flew buy me so I caught up to them at 140mph, they got slowed by traffic after going through another break in traffic the viper and vette take off. I slowly rolled the throttle no downshift at 155mph I pulled infront of the vette which had been dropped by the viper as I pulled the viper in and was at its nose and we had to lift when I looked down the speedo was coming off the 185mph max on the speedo.

As fast as a deresricted, piped Busa will go- with my large frame on it, that is. Dunno-10.5k or so on the tach.

last summer I had my busa up to 212mph and have it verified on tape as well as a video camera shooting the episode on about a 1 1/2 mile straight that was a perfect day.. all I can say is dont lean up and keep your testicles close to the tank.....

Would have to agree with the statements that I'm not sure how fast I was going was too busy paying attention to the road in front of me even though it was at maxton. Guess I'm just paranoid. When I was younger I hit 160 on my buddys Gixxer750 again I was just watching where I was going. At least until he rolled up on his 1100 and tapped me on the shoulder @ 160. I slowed down real quick and may have been about 85 on public hwy's since.
