ran right about 195 up until i wrecked the first bike and was sat up for awhile, now really no matter what i do doesnt change much, getting back into lifting again
Im 235 now, Ive lost 45 pounds since I had my 6 bypasses back on March 22nd, riding my bike now is like riding a new bike, i dont weigh it down as much, gives it a whole new feeling
I'm 6'4" and got up to 208lbs. I quit drinking, so I stopped eating all the junk foods.
Now I average about 161.
I'm also tired all the time. No more using the weight to help move things around. Gotta work for it now.
Surprised me how much a little extra weight can make everyday tasks not so labor intense.
6'4" 250 Lbs. Working on a drastic performance improvement by dropping 40 lbs. It's a lot cheaper than a full Yosh R77 carbon but I am getting that also:grinning: Should be like getting a turbo!
