I'am still trying to figure out why I would want to do pushups ! I know when I retired from the Military I kept running 5 miles twice a week and 10 miles once a week. One day while running I thought , Geezzzzzzzzzz , I hated this for 30 years, why am I doing it now ? SO I STOPPED ! Man, life is better now , I just workout with weights and RIDE MY BUSA
Used to do around 120-125 3 times a week. Now i can only do about 50.I am trying to get back into shape after my crash a few years ago.I hope to be doing 100+ by years end.
Only about 20-30. But I vary sets with regular, tricep, fingertip, wide-palm, t-pushups, spiderman pushups and, of course, isometric (kung fu) pushups (ouch!).
