Nope, no way no how.

I'd probably be on a Gixxer 1000, R1, or the new 200hp Vmax.
Not a fan of Kawasucki myself.

If there was no Busa ever, or they stopped making them, what would you be riding ? How many would be on a 14, or a Gixxer 1K ? Or would you just go a completely different way ?

I would had probably chosen the touring way than the sport one....

If there were never a Hayabusa, I don't think there would be a ZX-14, or a Concours14. I do think the ZX-12 would have been created in response to the Blackbird. when I bought my first Hayabusa, the two other bikes in consideration were the XX and the ZX-12. Of the two, I would have probably gone with the XX, as it's level of refinement is better than the 12 IMHO.

Thank God for the CBR1100-XX Blackbird. Without it, I don't think the 'busa would be the refined, well rounded bike it is.

I bought the 1300R to use for it's two up sport touring capability , TQ and fuel range given the price they sold for .

No Hayabusa was made then it would be a Bandit 1250S i suppose because of it's good TQ and low OTD price .

Too bad Honda " currently in a coma says the internet " chose to stick with only 800cc's for the VFR all these years . I believe a bike like the VFR but with an 1100- 1200cc 145hp engine would have done well in the market .
