Inline five Hayabusa

What's sort of sad about this project is that a guy in his garage, albeit an extremely gifted guy, is generating more excitement about the Hayabusa than Suzuki.

Finale guys I did start it Great sound, it was not a sound I did here before lol. But one big problem I did get very fast :/ was the head gasket, was leaked like a shower. I only get it to run about 30 second because of that. I will need to take of the head a make my own head gasket Oil pressure was really great too, I am very happy with the result. Video will come later when I have time...

Even the engine stand is a real nice piece . I am really looking forward to the exhaust configuration testing , and of course the final engine and pipe note , which should be music to my ears !!

I'm pretty confident that he will solve that. Although to us mere mortals it would be a major issue.

He will probably solve it on a lunch hour.

I wont disagree... its amazing stuff.... old school hot rodding with new age machinery,

a little spray and a good clutch... imagine the torque at low rpms? Suzuki street-sweeper...... that's the motors name....

B. Eskedal did you say you have to make a custom gasket. Wonder what you were using? Did you just cut up two gaskets to get the 5th cylinder? Anyway sounds like a minor setback. The gasket is such a small issue given how radical this build is. Is that a Hayabusa radiator? Was wondering if it had the capacity to cool the extra displacement.

This is the gasket. Yes my plane last year was to make one in copper. But I will still try to use this gasket again, I will seal it with a head gasket spray from Loctite. I will try to put a video out later this week, I would like to know what your guys think of the sound
