So it comes down to asking a question now and getting stung for doing so. This is listening to the media that has the facts wrong to begin witn. Who cares what Joe does. He never said he maid any amount of money etc. He never said he owned a business or had a licence. He asked a question and now the media is digging into his past. That is just wrong... It is also wrong for all of us to treat this as more than a question of re-distributing the wealth.

And to add to that. I will HAVE to provide health ins. to my employees. My co. is not that big. It's hard for me to keep benefits for my own family. I would have to raise my prices accross the board to all the companies we do work for and would loose them to alll the smaller painting co.'s that dont have employees.
well saidyep it simply boils down to re-distribusion, its socialism and we are not socialists...i have seen this before with carter, obama will raise the capital gains tax along with every other tax scheme he can foist on bussiness in order spread some money around to those who did not earn it, those taxes that are taken from bussiness will simply be passed along in higher prices on products we must use so in essense the govt has taxed us again by way of a hidden tax scheme
we pay more to the company for their products we must have, the company gives the govt the money they demand, and the govt gets your cash without saying its directly taxing you....neat here we go again
awww you are not an employer are you?I am not sure why you don't feel obligated to provide health insurance. Aren't healthy employees more likely to show up for work?

cost of an employee:
50% wages
50% taxes/SS/Benefits
now you want to tack on another $200-400 a month for health insurance to a person that might make that a pay period with no degree or formal education..
I took this person with no skills, taught them a job and now I owe them the world...
Look, I understand the sense of "entitlement" that many get from working..
I have a always had an employer willing to pay from 60% to 100% of my health insurance in order to keep my "Skills" at their business...
but reality is if YOU the EMPLOYEE does not go out of YOUR way to become educated (Like go to school? like get a degree?) then you should be grateful that some employer took your homie butt off the street and gave you an opportunity to get ahead...
AND before you cry "well school costs a lot of money" I paid for every dime of my education.. no handout, no pell grant, no scholarships... just money... save your pennies and skip the big screen, fancy cars, bikes etc and INVEST in your own future...
Is it not WAY more socialist for the government to take ownership of banks? Didn't McCain vote for that? Wouldn't that also make McCain a Socialist?
Wow that says a lot about your opinon of Blue Class workers.
So workers should be greatful for work? Ok, I agree but shouldn't employers also be greatful for good employees? Actually employeers that provide the best benefits get the best employees.
However I agree that everyone shoud strive to educate themselves no matter the cost.
Now what exactly did you mean by: "...took your homie butt off the street... "[/QUOTE
Interesting quote!???
Then why was the first vote on the bailout supported by more Democrats that Republicans?

People would knowingly vote for the dangerous and dimwitted Mccain because he's a Conservative...The same way that Christians believe in their imaginary friend no matter how silly/incompetant/inaccurate/yadda yadda... Sheeple don't want what's best for them...they want to belong to the group. If they all vote for the TITLE that they like, then no one's at fault when shat gets deep...instead they just change the title of the person they voted for. HE betrayed us....HE is a liar....HE isn't one of us.
In then name of the all powerful Fonzie....let us AYYYYYYYEEEEE
+1
He can thank McCain for that. He is the one that brought him to the forefront.
And I know you all aren't squawking over his personal life being exposed. YOu know the drill, as soon as you get thrown into the arena (whether you like it or not) you life become public knowledge. It would be no different if Obama had fronted someone that publicly questioned McCain.
And again, someone please tell me why it is that "Joe" the hourly dude is so supportive of legislaiton that will not benefit him and his family.
99' I can feel your argument as a business owner that may be faced with more expenditures.
Sam, buddy not all of us Obama supporter are "hourly". I happen to be a salaried guy myself and have delved into my own business(es) on several occassions.
Wow. This post really shows how much of a jackass you really are. Good job
