LOOSE SPARK PLUGS

I checked my plugs first after about 3K miles, and found one loose. When I had the cam chain tensioner recall done at 7K I asked them to change spark plugs. A mechanic told me that two plugs were loose. At 9K I tightened the plugs to the spec torque myself with recently calibrated torque wrench. When the filters in the FI pump were changed last week, the # 2 and #3 plugs were only finger tight. What's going on? Do we have a problem with vibration loosening the plugs. Has anyone else had this problem before?

I checked the plug gaps on my '00 when the bike had 50 miles on it. The plugs came from the factory torqued correctly.

In contrast to Lyle's, my '00 were all almost loose - I broke them loose with no effort-, and the gaskets were not even compressed. I tighten the new ones 3/8 turns after seating.
