Eat bread, it will coat your stomach & take a laxative if you are worried. It shouldn't be a problem. As far as seeing blood coming out the other end, if it lacerates the internal organs you may not see blood. My Uncle is a surgeon, he said you will be ok. He has had people swallow nails & out they come, no problems.

my advice is to go to steak and shake and eat 2 frisco melts it should grease everything up if no steak and shake i would sugest KFC?
