Oh crap!! I was hoping not to hear any stories like this, this year. Prayers sent....

Actually, while at the scene I was informed somebody in the group had gone wide and off the road earlier this morning.  He was alright...just some soreness and bruises most likely.

We're gonna have some pre-ride discussions and splitting up into experience riding categories before any group rides tomorrow or I'm riding solo.

+1 !!!!!!!!!!! I think I am going to Bring this Up during our Chico Ride with Kento-Moto Next Weekend. I personally don't mind riding my OWN pace but I have Seen other Riders TRY to PUSH there Limits, just trying to keep up with the Better Riders and...................

Fellows and gals please be careful over there alot of you are from areas where the curves are "normal". Some of the curves on 129 and other roads in the area are incredibly tight...Also it's supposed to rain Sat. so be extra careful. If it doesn't rain I'll be there to meet some of you kind folks.

I'm very sad to be reading this. Prayers for those of you who have been injured. Please slow it down all. You don't have to go balls out to enjoy that area. It is early in the riding season for most of you, and you are riding on roads that are far more difficult to ride than many of you are used to.

Has anyone heard an update from Robert and Naomi?

Robert (DadofThree) is a great guy. I have met him a couple times at the track. I hate to hear that this happened to anyone.

.........and Diesel is a BIG guy if I remember right from his pics. I would hate to get hit or run over by that guy.

How is D03's bike? Did he ride up, or trailer the bike? Does he have a way back home? I'm asking just in case I need to make a trip up with the trailer to take him home.
