The Carbon headlight replace the entire piece.

Thanks never seen a CF light before but definitely looks cool. With that said my primary concern would be how well the CF light illuminates the roadway compared to the OEM light. One of the biggest causes of crashes between cars and motorcycles, at least in the US, is a car making a turn in front of a bike and saying I didn't see them so for me the brighter the light the better.
