Mototeck undertail - group buy

3 1/2 hours since I talked to them and still no tracking number.

I'll probably get the tail before I get the Dayum tracking number.

I really must say, their customer service is for shid!!!

shasta, funny, i had my tracking number and the next day i had my undertail. i dont think the tracking number positing is an automated system.

Ok...i finally gave up and called them directly... they said that they have had alot of calls reguarding these undertails and that the rest of them should be shipped already... they didnt say how many but in my case anyway the lady told me that i should have a tracking number today.  kkattan they said they would be sending my tracking number to you since i still dont recieve emails from them for what ever reason.  So hopefully the rest of us have undertails in the mail and we will see them before the weekend...  i'm not holding my breath...

have my email client open till 5pm.. then will check after 9pm.

I've been playing with the undertail, but I'm a tad bit confused as to how the LED's for the signal lights will mount. I mean... I know exactly where they go, but they don't have a smooth and snug fit like the brake lights. Give me a little info if anyone has it. Thanx in advance.... Brian

Yes i got the tracking number!! The undertail gods are finally shining down on me!! LOL Thanks kkattan! Probably wont get it until Monday but at least its on its way... no riding for me this weekend unfortunatly cause i have to work two 12 hour shifts this weekend... nothing but work and sleep for me...

Glad to hear that guys are getting tracking #s (finally!).

Now I won't feel too bad about posting: placed my order last THUR (09MAR), got an e-mail the following day (generic blah about order processing, etc.). Got my tracking number yesterday and item is due to arrive on 17MAR. I ordered a pearl deep blue .

keep checking on the UPS tracking number.. its some what accurate for delivery.. i was supposed to get mine Tues.. got it Monday night..

I ordered the Pearl White for the 06 LE and received my tracking number today. Since mine was backordered from Mototeck, I would guess that they received a new shipment and anyone left should be getting tracking numbers.

I should have mine next week! Seems like forever since I ordered, but I'm glad its coming. The weather hasn't allowed me to ride much, so I haven't had to take her out and flaunt the ugly stock ass-end of Eileen very often. Her makeover is coming soon!

I still dont have shid.... and whoever it was that said i before, you are correct this company has the customer service for shid... I mean, I bet you could get better service from the Kremlin in the 70s
