Here is a 2008 Hayabusa tuned by me. I left the numbers in STANDARD since I guess thats the new standard and SAE means nothing....as you can see there are no dips in the torque/power curves as seen in your dyno sheets. The power lines are smooth and linear and don't look like a trip over the mountains. All throttle positions look this smooth, guess I need to learn what I am doing..........

i think it's possible to learn the basics of how to tune a bike on a dyno in four hours but it takes years and a special touch to be an exceptonal tuner like the Cheesman!

so where is the before and after???
I guess it made 180 with out a map as you said correct?
as I said the std to sae is only a % nothing more
 
and yes I have the fastest 600 in roadracing here and fastest 14 in dragracing so I do tune more than busas

Sorry it made 178 SAE and picked up 2 HP to 180 SAE when done mapping with PCIII. Johnny I have never bashed you and I am far from am "hating" on you. I don't view anyone as competition just another shop. But there are other people who are as passionate about this stuff as you are, who spend hours upon hours till 3 in the morning sometimes getting a bike right.

The before is a brock map as delivered and I would rather not open another can of worms. The above sheet is my work.

Oh ok, not going to tilt my deck of cards all I will say is 2008 will be a very good year for HPC. I am wide awake, on my third cup of coffee. Good luck to you.

Well, as soon as Mattrat finishes the rebuild of my 03 Busa (rebuild journal on this site under Mattrat) I will have to boogie right over to Mr. Cheese, and hope my valves never look so bad again as the images show in the journal. Mr. Cheese, check your voicemail. LOL:whistle:

Because the motor is a day or two from completion of the rebuild, it was running rich with a PCIII which partially caused rebuild, and I live in the vacinity of Mr. Cheese. My bike needs to be mapped. I have not riden in months and I am possibly doing a little kid pee-pee dance in anticipation of having my bike back and therefore making poor decisions. I apologize for any inconvenience I caused you.

wow I still remember Greg for the NOW NOT HERE ANYMORE HPC.
argueing that I didn't know anything and he is the best.

12 hp and about 7 tq diff from my gen 1 to get 2 not that big of a diff what mods were on that bike?
