Start playing hard ball. Research the NYS lemon law and go in with both guns. Try those attorneys in NYC, they should be able to help out. Sux to hear you've gotta go this way, but sounds like they got ya. Don't give in. Suzuki may be a huge corporation, but they surely could do without bad press on the internet!

IT REALY SUCKS ! they have no emotions or personality , they will yes you to death , then just come out and say your beat ! i have never dealt with people like this , they have been giving me the runaround for almost two months , i put in seven days a week at work and i work wed fri and sunday nights so on the days iwork nights i goto work from work so i dont realy have the time to fight , i enjoy riding back n forth to work and takin trips in the hours i have off , it sucks that they would treat someone like this that just purchased thier top sportbike ? i cant figure them out ? i want to fight just cant figure out whos an ali and who to throw blows with? meanwhile my engine lay split open probably rusting away by now , i dont want someone forgeting to torque a bolt or somthing cause they are pissed at me

just wanted to say that, that is some bulls@*t. my dealer in stockton is horrible. I just found a good shop and i take it there. Would rather pay to have it fixed right.
