Need advise

canyon dancer....wheel chock or angle iron to put front wheel against..4 straps.2 for front end, and 2 for rear end.drive safe..or ride it home...wheel chocks work the best..canyon dancer makes 2 seperate ones for sportbikes,
you will need to get the bigger one for the busa since the smaller one hits the fairings and the other one does not..call them to give you the right part number..the one for the busa is a little bit longer...i bought baxley wheel chocks to ensure best possible transportaion for my baby..best of luck and congrats on the new busa....you will love it...

either ride it home or have the dealer deliver it unless you know some one with a trailer and experience loading, tying down and unloading a bike.

If the front straps touch the fairing, make sure to place a rag between the 2. I bought the strap that attaches to the grips. Those avoid the fairing completely.

You also need to remember, the front fender touches before the wheel does. If you can't chock it, use a piece of 4x4 between the front wheel and the front of the bed. If not, your fender might be damaged during transport.
ok i have been holding out... CANNOT TAKE IT ANYMORE -> I really dont like your toilet paper avatar and I dont like your Santa pic!  you must have been dropped on your head in the orphanage!!!

Do you see that tab on the bottom left corner of everyone's post that says "contact"? Try sending a PM next time or at least send one of MY threads off topic.

Ride the bike dude you live in Florida
Must concur with those telling you to RIDE it home!

Do you really want to have the negative karma afflicted to your bike by the shame of trailering/trucking the bike before it even has a single mile put on it?! Leave that gay trailer/trucking factor to the Hardley crowd.

Just have a buddy give you a lift to the dealer and RIDE THE BIKE!

Thanks one and all...Looks like it might rain, so I am borrowing a trailer for a four hour trip each way. Got a cayon dancer strap too. Looks like VinViper and I are picking up a new bike the same day, this Saturday. YEEfrigginha...

A couple of suggestions here. First of all if you can, rent a garden trailer from U-Haul. The back swings down for easy loading. Use a 4X4 in front of the front tire. Use a set of soft ties to attach the tiedowns and compress the front forks as you tighten the tiedowns. Lastly, PUT THE BIKE IN GEAR. But really the best thing to do is ride it home.

Get some cushions off your sofa... wedge these between bike and anything it can touch. Then hire two mates to sit with the bike - one either side - with instructions to throw themselves at the bike should it move
