On my way over to the convention center to welcome the 47th POTUS

As I read though this thread and read some of the posts, it appears some anti-Trumpers are wishing he didn't get re-elected but I have to be the bearer of bad news to them and state that he WAS re-elected and there isn't thing one they can do about it other than accept it and move on....

The chance of his being re-elected was a 50/50 venture as there were only 2 people in the running so it shouldn't come as some shock when one of them wins........

Trump has 4 years, he has a lot to do in this time, will he get it all done? Hard to say but I wager that he will give it a running start.

If anyone who aligns themselves with the democrats, they need to be angry at their own party, not Trump, it was their election to lose.

Yep, democrats are the most logical people we can ever trust. Below is what I went through personally, a carbon copy of the same thing.

And when we talk about males allowed to enter a boxing match against a female, the say: "Oh, you focus on one exception!!!"

Perhaps it is simply dumb people want more dumb people to join them?

I praise the fact that we don't have 4 more years of cancer killing our country. I hate that it relies on Trump. But he did astonishingly well his first round with all the resistance the Libtards can manage.

Fir someone who claims to not be a cult member, you sure look, smell, and act like one.

Even here in Canada the process is very slow for a legal immigrant although our government brought over plane after plane of refugees and landed immigrants and vetted them very quickly..

One of my former colleagues and his wife who is from South Africa were trying to bring her niece here after her parents were killed in a car accident leaving her an orphan...it took them 2 years and a boat load of money to get her here.....

Ridiculous is a word I used to describe our policies...

You told me about that a long time ago. Over here, if it was a niece and not her born child, it would be impossible to bring her in legally to remain in the US. My daughter lives in Portugal now, we gave up bringing her here. It was close to impossible to do it legally.

I believe most do not believe Kamala was a strong candidate. I really believe there are a whole lot of voters who are and will remain NeverTrumpers, and whoever was running for the Democratic party would have gotten their vote. There is no common sense here. The way our laws are written, crossing the border illegally is actually a felony. Harboring an illegal immigrant is also a felony. There is no logical thinking and an attitude of "Do nothing" just allow people to do whatever they want, as long as they don't offend a powerful Democrat.

I'm guessing that she was white. Would you say the same thing is she was black or brown?

That's a sad situation right there...

I've read lots about people trying to get into the US legally only to see millions flocking across the southern border and being welcomed.

True story, when I still had a green card, I was at the border at the Niagara Falls with a bunch of US buddies. I stopped, told them to go enjoy your side of the border and I find something else to do, as I left my green card at the hotel. Wasn't sure if I could get in. So my buddies refused to go without me, and under peer pressure I agreed, all I had to show was my drivers licence and I was in. Problem, coming back, the US would not let me return. Huge issue, finally after an interview, fingerprinting and finding me in their immigration database, I had to pay a $350 fine and they allowed me in. They even threatened to deport me. Needles to mention, George Bush was the President at that time.
