I don't know if Kamala will stay in any office after this, but if it's true they can connect the Ga crew directly to her in DC, she's cooked. There was some evidence to suggest Kamala (the brilliant prosecutor), was giving direct instructions in that case.

As to whether trump is a convicted felon or not, I still believe that when a jury convicts you of a felony, you are a convicted felon. The jury spoke. Guilty on all counts.
I was willing to accept an apology for the last God knows how many years of bashing him and anyone who supported him. The election proved it's time for you to tuck tail and STFU. But nnnnnnope you're right back at it with the denial, the insults, the insinuations and all the same as before as if a giant TRUTH HAMMER didn't just hit you square in the forehead.

Have you ever helped convict a person of a felony by sitting on a federal jury? I have. Several years ago I was picked to sit on a jury for two people who were tried together on felony charges. The rest of the jurors and I voted unanimously to convict them. The judge said that he would sentence them at a later date. He never told us anything about the defendants not being felons until he sentenced them.
You wouldn't know your ass from a hole in the ground. It must be hard to vote for a felon for president, so I get that you would make excuses for why you don't think that your cult leader is a felon. But he is one.
Next up from busaless: My cult leader trump has never ever told a lie in his life. LOL

I’ve attended hundreds of trials and sentencing hearings along with PreLims, bail motions, evidentiary hearings, other motions etc etc and at the time of the trial’s findings which are then accepted by the Court (the judge) who enters into the record, those findings, guilty or not guilty count by count, charge by charge. At that very moment the defendant is convicted. Whatever happens after, motions to dismiss, scheduling the sentencing hearing, accepting the probation report which typically includes a sentencing recommendation that, along with the prosecution’s request for a sentence all come (after) the conviction.
To say a criminal defendant is not convicted when he’s been found guilty is simply ridiculous.

I was referring to active conflicts/wars around the globe. Israel's current conflicts and Ukraine get all the attention. I feel bad for the Ukraine people that want to keep fighting for their country. Trump will come to Putin's rescue. Putin will take over Ukraine and the people that don't bend to Putins will, will either leave or die.

Supreme Court limits are set forth in the Constitution. Thus requiring a Constitutional revision by Congress. So while I know you are used to the frequent disregard for the Constitution your party has shown, you would be wise to learn more about how things are supposed to work in this country. It's part of the reason you just got your ass handed to you.
The same with codifying anything. The president doesn't make laws.
