No, it is simply pointing out the truth in a small technicality otherwise known as a fact. Those are things usually found a lot in a court of law. They kinda go together.

What does it say about you and your party when the MAJORITY of Americans voted for said criminal?
It says that you, your ways, your ideologies all got flushed down the toilet where crap goes because they are truly worse than him. How does it feel to have thought you were morally right all along only to have that come crashing down on you in glorious fashion?

I'd recommend that you first figure out what is your as and what is a hole in the ground, then move on to more complicated things like law. You simply don't get it with law. everything that you type is filtered through the trump cult, lies and all. You wouldn't know a fact if it bit you in the ass.

Must be that you don't know the difference between federal courts and state courts. I sat on a jury in a federal trial. How about telling us how many times you have been on a jury in federal court?

Maybe you think that all courts are the same. Your knowledge of court matters does seem pretty limited.
