MEETING UP ON RIDE DAY​

12JUN10​

So, logistically speaking, this is a pretty significant affair.

Bubba is going to lead a group down the 5, so anyone coming from the west parts, see if you can hook up with him. He knows the roads, he knows the directions, and he knows where the primary meet-point is located.

Other people coming from east parts (Inland Empire, etc.) will more than likely use the 15.

Please reference the linked map, below.

The official Meet-Up point is at the Denny's Restaurant on Kearny Villa Road (5445 Kearny Villa Road).

We will meet at 8a, there, eat/coffee/meet & greet/photo shoot...refresh, etc.

We will go visors-down at 9a...and head out for Idyllwild.

The official Chatterbox Channel for the SoCalHoons (by proclamation) is 5/05. Anyone/everyone who has a 'box should plan to be fully charged and ready to use it. Chatterbox-outfitted rigs will be 'stationed' at various points through the crew for contiguous comms.

Many of you will be riding some distance already by the time we meet-up, so we will plan a re-fuel point before leaving for Idyllwild. Anyone who can be already fueled, please do so, so that our time at the station is as compact as possible.

If I'm forgetting anything, I'll just come back and update this post.

Anyone who wants to join me on my trek to SD is welcome.

1st meet up is in Westminster 5:30a KSU (kick-stands up) at 6:00a (or earlier if all are accounted for).

2nd meet is in Mission Viejo to pick up Chopstix.

3rd meet is in Pendleton to meet with Kromdom.

Denny's in SD final local - 8:00a

PM me and I will give you location and directions of meet up.

This will be an epic event and all will enjoy an outing with good company and great roads.
