100% metric.....and have been since the '80s
OMG.
When we where 55 mph and you were 100 kmh, it always felt like I was getting away with something...
No limiter, perfect conditions, enough road and a Gen1 can do 194mph
I was going to mention an ECU flash would be way to get his Gen 1 unrestricted......verses a programmer...
100kms/hr is faster as it's 60 mph....

A good 2 mile stretch of road, just over a quarter mile will have you at 150mph, then another mile is plenty to gain another 30-40mph, and over a half a mile to easily slow down...it's worth the thrill.

I goofed on my PTO / time-off math and ended up with several days to use up in December. Well, property damage often happens in the winter, so I've been busy. But today, I managed to sneak out for, what was likely, my last ride of the year. A bit windy, but it was dry.
I did a famiar route, but did some exploring to mix it up.
This old school, in excellent condition, has a bell that appears to be the same as the one my parents had in Michigan on the "farm." The bell has moved with me from house to house and now resides in my back yard. Of interest is that it reads "Hillsboro, OH." There is a Hillsboro, OR about an hour from me.

The road and the rail follow the river. A constant flow of traffic.
Went to my "local." Gave the waitress $20 for a really good IPA as a Christmas gift.

I got 200k today, passing cars on a straight, it's the only safe place these days with all the radars around on the main roads. Safety in numbers.
