PICS OF MY BIKE BEFORE PAINT....

Yes, my partner and I have done this before not new to us. But yes this is our first motorcycle well 1st all over on a motorcycle we have done like harley tanks and etc... But yes I love the color choices. I'm debating right now on instead of polishing the frame paint it like one would do to the inner panels. divide it off and paint the frame to match the color/lines of the whole bike... I think this would be original and out of the world. Let me know if anyone else have seen or done this... I'm really leaning towards it. And Got-Busa? yes that would be great come on over this summer and we can ride for a little. I'm always up for meeting new riding buddies. Not like we dont have enough here in Indy but yea we'll have to do that!!! Him, and BigbsBusa if you would like i can do paint but you have to bring them here, and I really would trust mail for shipping the finished product. But yea I mean if someone is close and wanting it done I might be able to make it happen. Just get ahold of me at Baggedn20schevy@aol.com here is a couple pics of a older project we done its a 1997 chevy cavalier, with custom body kit, shaved everything, custom interior and me and my partner did everything on this car from start to finish!!!!Only thing we did not do is the leather seats. We had them upholstered from a local guy!!

Hey man your only a 4hr drive from here what do u charge whole bike completely black?
Well depends, I mean there are roughly like oh 10,000 different blacks out there and by differrent makers/brands. I mean if your just wanting to go like a jet black over the entire bike in regular paint then it will be cheaper. You start getting into the House of Kolor blacks you will be looking at a lot more money. If you are serious email me and I'll see what we could arrange on the price and how soon it could be done... Email me at baggedn20schevy@aol.com for more information. Thanks a lot guys on the compliments. I just got the panels home in the garage today and man do they look sweet in the light(i have about 7 dual bulb flourescent lights in a 2 car garage so its really bright in there... But yes I will be keeping pics coming on the stages untill its completly done, Just another heads up im thinking about going with either chrome wheels, or a blue up front and a white in rear. Also getting a polished tit. brock davidson Hindle exhaust I love the looks and seems to be a good performance pipe also... well I'm getting out of here Ill be back soon!!

On the tank, did you use a clear sealer or did you apply paint right over the bare metal?

If you would a couple more questions, did you just sand it with 320 or 400 grit to scuff before painting, did you prime first and last did you use a flex additive? Thanks

For your question.. It's called a etching pen. Its a clear substance that acts the same as etching primer to keep the metal from any bad substance or rusting... so yes i did prep the bare metal before moving on.... Hope that answered your question..

I actually feathered all the things i either a. broke through to metal or b. went to bare plastic as shown in pics with 400. then i went back and hit everything with 600. Then i took a slightly worn out grey scotch-brite and hit anything that was still left shiny after the sanding process. Making sure everything I MEAN EVERYTHING IS DULL OR ELSE YOUR PAINT WILL EITHER LIFT OR FLAKE LATER ON DOWN THE ROAD.... I hope this answered your question if anyone else has anymore questions either post them I will answer might not be immediatly but i will.. Or email me at baggedn20schevy@aol.com

All joking aside, man I wish I could paint. If I had one skill that I could acquire, it would be to learn how to paint. Maybe that could be a goal for myself in 2005
