All Right ! ! ! ! I only want honest to goodness answers here. The reason I ask, is because I was riding today in IN, and the temperature was at 95 degrees with 68% humidity. I rode in the city and out in the county. I sweat my A$$ off (well not all of it).......wearing a helmet, riding jacket, gloves, long pants and some over the ankle boots. Is there a time when it just becomes too hot for you to ride with all the PPE that you should ride with? I was so hot the ride was not even enjoyable!

I won't lie, it's gotten too hot lately for me to even enjoy it, so I just don't bother...

If they'd invent an ice suit, then I think I'd ride

I go to a mesh jacket when it gets in the upper 90's. I have ridden many 100+ days in it.

Not for me I ride full gear regardless of the heat. I wear a camelback and stay hyrdrated. I would rather be extremely hot than have road rash.

There is suite that circulates water thru it to keep you cooler if you want to spend that kind of money LOL, in the past there were days that it was hot but I still had gloves, jacket, helmet, boots, but jeans instead of my leather pants

Professor, That is what I was riding in, and it just seemed like the hot air blowing through the jacket wasn't even cooling me down. Maybe I need to pick up the speed?

I rode a couple weekends ago without gear because it was so hot. I was more worried about getting hit by a cager than I was enjoying my ride. Not again. Mesh jacket, mesh pants, mesh boots, quality ventilated helmet. Just don't stop

I have to agree with you GsxrBots. Maybe I can find a lighter jacket and gloves out there somewhere. I would always be thinking about putting this baby down with any PPE on. I appreciate ya'lls answers!

I would rather be hot then risk serious injury or death we take a chance every time we ride why up the risk

mesh jackets, help a lot. look for a hydration vest, soak it in water and it cools as evaporates. when it is dry just soak it again

Yep I have a full mesh suit for commuting on the really hot days. It has full armor in the impact areas and while it's not leather it will protect my intial fall and a small bit of sliding.

Well when the heat and humidity is cranked up to full down here I ride naked

What I wear thats proven to be great (for me)..I wear an underarmour heat gear long sleeve under my perforated leather jacket. I also keep a t-shirt in the tank bag so I'm not walking around like mr. cool guy in a skin tight shirt :) I sweat but the air movement through the jacket is amazing and keeps me cool even on the worst day. The trick is I can't stop because then its just unbearable.

I just ride in the mornings, before it gets too hot. Otherwise, I stay inside, in the A/C.

ATGATT forever!!!
