In my mind, the same people trying to justify the actions of people on Jan 6th are the same kind of people who are applauding Luigi Mangione and his assassination of the United Health Care CEO.......no matter what that CEO was supposed to have done, it wouldn't have resulted in his getting the death penalty........nor should anyone be allowed to be openly assassinated within the US and have the assassin be applauded and held on high.....

Same as the participants of Jan 6th whose intent was to get into the inner chamber to disrupt the electoral count being completed. It is only by chance that they didn't find Pelosi or Pence.....one can only wonder at what they would have done if they had.....

I watched the real time video evidence and saw people using equipment stolen from beaten police officer to break windows in order to gain access to the Capital......the police were overwhelmed and most likely told to partially stand down due to fears they would be further physically beaten....


It was NOT a good thing to happen within the US by any stretch of the imagination......I can't understand why there are people who are working so diligently to justify what happened Jan 6th....,,it was what it was.....a heinous act conducted by thugs.

Liz Cheney is said to be investigated by the FBI for her role in Jan 6th Committee hearings by the order of Biden. That can only mean one thing... They are rushing to get her convicted of a number of crimes that she will plead guilty to so the case can close in time before Trump is sworn in on Jan 20th. That way Biden will still be in power and able to pardon her and anybody else that pleads guilty for all the lies, destruction of evidence, and witness tampering.

Unless, they pass a bill that allows preemptive pardons to be created before the new Congress is seated.

You saw what you saw... but who exactly was doing it? How come none of the 26 FBI people ( or more ) that were there that day were never arrested? Was it because nobody got a picture of them inside and around the Capitol except for Ray Epps?

Trump said to march peacefully and patriotically. Pelosi and Bowser ( mayor of DC ) turned down Trumps offer to provide at least 10,000 national guards to keep the peace around the Capitol that day. Kinda makes you wonder why when they knew full well a big crowd would show up on Jan 6th.

From that perspective / position the people are the creators and the federal government is the created. The power of the creators ( people )will always be allowed by their very existence to rule over the created ( Federal Gov ) . Said another way... The Feds are in the subservient position... the Feds don't have the final say in matters that matter... the people have the final say. How do you think this country was created? Developers? Look around... what would we have without developers? In every industry you we will have good and bad actors.... that's life.
If you want to throw them all into one category... its your choice.

However... something even worse than that happens with powerful hedge funds when they buy those old age homes and put their own people in it to run it. In the end the business closes because it got run in an exploitive manner. Once it's out of business they sell the real estate it sat on.
They are in the conversion business... they solicit investors to fund it so very little of their own money is used. At the end of the cycle the business has to close due to intentional mis management over a period of years, then they sell the real estate those buildings sat on and wrap it all up with a nice profit. These hedge funds that do these "plays" are also vultures of a different breed.

Yes, most of our population lives in the southern part of Canada not quite 30 miles but probably more like a couple hundred miles of the border.

My loyalty is definitely towards Canada as it should be......but I have spent a lot of time in the US and have trained and fought with many US units, I would say my personal ideology is decidedly closer to the US than the UK as with most Canadians.......that's only natural considering all of of TV and movies are American even though lots of it is filmed in Canada.
