LSL Sliders > *

I have a set on my 03. They are stylish, affordable, and the quality is top notch on them. They are designed to prevent the bike from spinning on the ground. Here is a link to them, and im pretty positive Brock's sells them, as thats where i purchased them. I have a set of silver pucks i would sell for CHEAP, all someone needs to do is buy the busa mounting kit and you would be set smile.gif

Personally I do not like sliders, but I am not against them. I have seen them "Protect" in a stand still tip over. For my money if I were to go this route I would invest the extra 50 bucks and put a full cage on. Just my 2 cents. beerchug.gif

I wish I had installed my racerailz banghead.gif , had a little driveway tip over yesterday now the right side of my busa is rahsed.

I'd like a set but don't want to cut the fairing. I wonder just how good the sliders work that don't have the fairing cut since the placement is farther forward. Anyone shed light on this? Wardie

anyone know if the Shogun sliders work alright? I know, all I'm really looking for is the protection from a slow speed/parking lot drop and most sliders won't work perfect at "speed".. I really prefer the cut style

heres mine rolling burnout went bad at 45mph if i wouldnt have kicked my windscreen goin up n over it wouldnt have broken either.

I have very good experience with the T-Rex sliders(no-cut version). I am trying to upload photos but having an aggravating time with it. I just went down last night and the right slider bent back toward the engine destroying the plastic, well at least having a hand in the destruction anyway. However I do think they helped with slowing the bike and keeping it from sliding farther than it did. And the bar that crosses over did not bend at all. The outer bracket that bolts to the motormount bent and the bolt that bolts the crossbar in place bent or broke. In my case had I used conventional sliders they may have slowed the bike even quicker but who knows. They may have just broke off or bent as well. I don't really think they will help in a high speed drop, maybe in a slow speed parking lot tipover. Good luck with you choice and as soon as I figure out this dang photo issue I will show you evidence.

my son has the t-rex sliders. twice the bike went down. and the sliders helped alot.. just dont make the hole so close to the slider, when you inpact the slider will bend most likley, the more room you give between the plastics and the slider the less damage to the plastic you'll have..
