ROADTOAD's new ride

Got the bike out to test the ceramic rear rotor today . It actually works better than I anticipated , with nice feel and good drag on the low speed test . This bike , running these wheels and bearings , feels like it's effortlessly rolling along , and very composed over bumps and irregularities . Pretty happy with the current setup .

BriLo Tech is the company , they can custom make front rotors for Busa . When I asked about the ZX14R fronts , they said the rotors can be made in various diameters . The time span of order to finished is a couple of months +, the products can be viewed and contact made through search on facebook .
 
There would have to be , a phone # , but I used direct email to get it done . What was suggested to me , was use the USA contact for my order , because he will handle the language barrier etc. and get your order sorted , for a little extra $ on top .

This is the facebook page bro , no phone number on this page . The ZX14R front rotors about 1kg each , about US $1800 a set .
Hi. That is steep to say. But that is not out of what I need to do to offset the weight of my tank of a turbo. I am trying to get a price of making the hot side out of Inconal or Ti. As of now it looks like the bike will be over 500lbs not 450.

You are building a LSR bike right?

Other than rotational mass, you don’t want light weight because of traction issues. If you are trying to run serious speeds (260-300+) you will end up adding led to the bike to keep it down and hook all the power you can.

Hi. Yes I know, but I need the bike as light as I can get it and then put the weight box I will build to put as much as I can as close to the rear wheel as I can get it. I am not sure how much I can put but I think maybe 40 to 50 lbs.

Might want to attend an event or talk with some LSR folks. If you're trying to put down 600whp+, you might be surprised... ;)
 
Hi. I did last summer. I am also working with people that have gone over 260+ al Loaring. I have raced for over 55 years. This is the first time for land speed for me so I am looking for all the help I can get!!!!!!!!. I know I will have the motor that can go over 300MPH. Non I have to get the bike set up to at least over 250 MPH. Like I have said I do not think I have the aero to do 300 MPH. DO not forget this is set up as a street bike all legal with passenger pegs and all. I am also looking to get a new class for bikes like mine. Something like real street, superstreet based on there parsical streamliner classes.

That's pretty much the class I run in. 100% street legal road bike except I'm only going for the 250+ CLUB!
